In addition to learning about commonly used resources and equipment, you will also observe our fantastic therapists and clients in action. We also love inviting volunteers to help facilitate group programs throughout the year.
Who Volunteers at Little Buddies?
Many of our volunteers are students thinking about a career in occupational therapy or speech-language pathology. Volunteering is a great way to see what pediatric therapy looks like day to day before applying to a program. We also welcome anyone who enjoys working with kids and wants to support families in their community.
Where You’ll Volunteer
We have volunteer opportunities at both of our clinics, in Burnaby and Richmond. Our Richmond clinic is located inside the Pacific Autism Family Network. Volunteers may also help out with group programs like our Sensory Summer Camps.
