Little Buddies Pediatric Therapy has two clinics serving families across Greater Vancouver, one in Burnaby and one in Richmond. At both, our Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists use play to help children from birth to age 18 build skills, confidence and independence.
Each clinic has sensory gyms and quieter therapy rooms. Choose the one that’s easiest for your family to get to.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which clinic should I choose?
Most families choose the clinic closest to home or school. If you need a Saturday appointment, choose Burnaby. If your child already gets support at the Pacific Autism Family Network, Richmond can make coordinating care easier.
Do both clinics offer the same services?
Yes. Both clinics offer occupational therapy and speech therapy. Feeding therapy is offered at our Burnaby clinic, which has a dedicated kitchen area.
Can my child be seen at either clinic?
When you fill out our service request form, let us know which clinic you prefer. Our team will match your child with a therapist at that location.
How much does pediatric therapy cost, and is it covered?
Many families use BC autism funding, the At Home Program or extended health benefits to help cover therapy. Visit our Funding Sources page to learn more.
