"This place is one of the best places that I know of. You want to know why? Because the staff here are very kind and you get to play here. Even though you get to come here only once a week it's still so fun and you and your big buddy could be best friends and make memories along the way and one last thing, we're all buddies here đ. IT'S THE BEST THERAPY IN THE WORLD. I give this place âââââ."
âI have known many providers of special services, but one stands out above them all: Keith Landherr. He did so much more as an Occupational Therapist than just provide proper exercises to improve my sonâs Sensory Integration Disorder⊠he changed our lives for the good. He became an advocate, an ally, and a cherished lifelong friend.
Until we met and worked with Keith, I was stressed, confused, and over-extended, trying to understand my son, why he acted as he did, how to soothe him, how to help him, and how to deal with it all myself. His school didnât understand. Other parents didnât. Family didnât. Books didnât quite do it, either.
Then came Keith, who provided the missing links, the explanations, vital modeling on how to work with my son, showing us both what worked, providing the relevant reading materials to learn and share with his schools and caregivers; he created calm that was missing in our lives and gave us both knowledge, power and joy. My son was a baby and he consistently progressed working with Keith. Today, my son is a fine and budding young man, in no small part, thanks to the talent, dedication, decency, devotion, skill and professional guidance we got (and continue to get) from Keith. If your child has the chance to work with him, run â donât walk â and donât lose another moment without him in your childâs life. It will make all the difference.â
âKeith has been working with our son for years, and has been an outstanding therapist. As a result of Keithâs effective and kind therapeutic approach, my son has shown improvement in his flexibility, play skills, fine motor, and sensory issues. Keith is patient and sensitive to our child, while always vigilant for opportunities to challenge and teach him⊠we feel very fortunate to have Keith as an important aspect of our sonâs program.â

"Keith has worked with our son for many years. C looks forwards to his sessions at Little Buddies, even though they are mostly remote these days. There is a friendly atmosphere in the office and lots of comfortable play spaces. Keith has a calm and playfully curious manner that C responds well to. He listens and helps C to expand on play ideas. The sessions have both flexibility and structure and follow Câs lead. The experiences that C has had from OT sessions have brought him more confidence in group play and sports settings. His sessions with Keith have helped him understand the importance of physical activity in regulating his mind and emotions.
Thanks, Keith and everyone at Little Buddies!"
âI am so happy to have Alysha as my son, Taylor's, OT. She is an expert in her profession and also a kind and compassionate human being - the perfect combination of anyone who works with your child! Taylor always has a wonderful time in the clinic with Alysha and has benefited so much from working with her. In addition to clinical therapy, Alysha values and works on building a strong emotional rapport with Taylor, and their connection is so strong and clear. I'm usually in the clinic during Taylor's OT sessions, and I have learned so much from Alysha as well. She coaches me on different strategies, provides me with safe opportunities to practice new techniques, and is always a patient and active listener. My confidence as a parent of a child with ASD has grown because of her. Our family is so grateful to have Alysha in our lives - she is invaluable!â - Dr. L. Kuslansky, Parent

We are so grateful for Alysha and how she understands, interacts and connects with our son. Since walking into Little Buddies almost three years ago, Alysha has been a beacon of hope, exhibited not only by the progress she has made with our son, but also by the insight and knowledge she provides our family. We feel so fortunate to have Alysha's as our son's Occupational Therapist.

âWe love Devin!
My three kids look forward to seeing him every week. It is apparent he loves kids and loves seeing them blossom. Devin really takes the time to think about each client individually and what might benefit them. Our overall goal is for our kids to live in their bodies with confidence and self-love. Devin supports this and provides us with the tools to achieve this outcome. Our kids each have very different body needs, and Devin is able to navigate this with fun, excitement, and purpose. We are very grateful to have Devin as a member of our team!â - John B., Parent

âOur family has won the OT lottery! Our son is fortunate to work with not one, but three spectacular humans from Little Buddies. Once a week my son races down the halls to our superhero lineup of Keith, Sarah and Gio. They greet him with positivity, devotion, support and a guaranteed good time! During their session, they enter my sonâs world where he is completely celebrated. Keith, Sarah and Gio have played an instrumental role in his journey of growth and confidence. They are spoken fondly of in our everyday lives and have left an everlasting footprint in our familyâs hearts.â
